Applicant responsibility
You remain responsible for checking official requirements, confirming deadlines, approving materials, submitting applications, and ensuring every claim about your background is accurate.
Truthful materials only
We do not invent achievements, fabricate experience, falsify transcripts, misrepresent publications, or create documents that conflict with your evidence.
AI-assisted expert support
PhD Hunter may use configured AI systems to draft, organize, or analyze application materials. Human review is used for paid deliverables before release, and you must review final materials before use.
Supervisor outreach consent
Supervisor agreement outreach should only be sent with your consent and from approved account settings. You are responsible for deciding whether to contact a supervisor and for following university rules.
Credits and refunds
Paid plans add application credits for selected services. Used credits begin a support workflow for a specific opportunity. Refund handling depends on payment status, work already started, and any written service terms shown at checkout.
Data handling
Profile details, CVs, documents, opportunity records, and workflow history are used to provide matching and application support. Keep sensitive data out of the platform unless it is needed for the service you request.
